we ordered 3 sandwiches and a muffin. muffin didn?t come, one sandwich had wrong ingredients inside and another wasn?t toasted. all sandwiches were soggy and was 15 mins late

The best Subway around. We come here for food instead of a Subway just down the road from us, as the quality of food and the customer service is just SO much better here. Even when ordering a delivery - Toasted food is still nice and hot, it all tastes so fresh... They should add an option on Just Eat to add a tip!!
Vegetarian options: My favourite is a simple salad wrap with vegan cheese, toasted. So good. There are clearly marked vegan and vegetarian options, as well as sauces, snacks and sweet options!

Food is great but the woman staff is horrific. They tried to give me an allergic reaction by putting olives in my food even tho I SPECIFIED no olives. They spoke in their own language and giggled at customers and refused my free side from my points, made funny faces at customers too. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR GET THEM FIRED!!!!

very rude and didn?t care at all. they were getting annoyed at the simplest things. get rid of them. the cheek of the lady when i asked for salt and vinegar crisps she just chucked them on the desk at me.

2 hours late. Girl at the restaurant wasn?t even looking at the right order so was delaying it even more, food was cold on delivery and then had the nerve to say they wasn?t going to give a refund as driver was stuck in ?heavy traffic? I checked? not a single road of traffic, pathetic lies and excuses. Never order

Went in 40 mins from close but for some reason the food was rushed through and taken out the oven half way through the allotted time, leaving food not that warm and not toasted!
