My visit to Specsavers in Frome was very pleasant. Frontline staff were professional, polite and friendly. Mr Prakash Vanmali (optician) was very thorough throughout my eye tests and explained everything clearly to me, his mannerism was excellent. I wear contact lenses throughout the day which I subscribe to the easy-care package and are delivered to me quarterly (without any problems of fuss). I have just purchased two pairs of glasses for whenI I remove my contact lenses. I am a Specsavers happy customer and would like to thank all the staff at the Frome Branch.

If I could give no stars I would. Paid for the full eye test with the enhanced checks. Didn?t get the enhanced checks, very rushed eye test told I no longer needed reading glasses but needed new distance glasses with only a prescription in one eye not both as I had before. Got the glasses, had pain when wearing them and couldn?t see. Went to another Specsavers branch who retested and actually did the enhanced test. Told I did need new reading glasses and that my old distance glasses were fine and did not need to be changed. Currently trying to get a refund for the useless glasses but Frome never seems to have a supervisor in on a weekend who can process it. Not happy
