Receiving so many negative complaints from customers regarding delivery's from this local depot recently. I'm not sure what's going on there at the moment its taking up to 8 days if not longer for items to be delivered. Honestly sort it out

Good place to pick up missed packages. Make sure to check opening hours,as they can be a bit meh.

Worse than useless.The don't read the delivery instructions for leave with neighbour or in a safe place, I wonder if it's the same driver maybe not who on 2 occasions left contact lenses under the door mat and no note through the letterbox, Durr.Also after repeated phone calls to Frome sorting office they hung up on me, without answering call .seriously sacking offence

Steve the manager was really helpful. I didn?t have a clue about barcode scanning and such like but he very patiently talked me through it and even provided tape and scissors! Five stars for customer service. Thank you Steve.

Pcr test posted to the wrong address.Over the last year a lot of important and private post goes missing, suspecting it goes to the wrong addresses in the near vicinity again.Post sorting needs checking!!Pcr test delivered 3 days too late from a kind person who had been away the weekend!!

On the outskirts of Frome, so not centrally town located. Upside is free parking. Awful looking building on an industrial site. Staff are friendly and helpful when collecting a parcel. Closed 2 to 4pm.

We are very lucky to have some great postal workers in Frome, but often overlooked are the amazing team at the sorting/delivery office. Whenever I've popped down there they've been friendly and helpful.

1 week after my missing parcel with personal items was 'delivered' to my home. Still NO HELP WHATSOEVER from Royal Mail as to what happened to it and all this despite over a cost of £50.00 to send it.There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all from, FROME SORTING OFFICE OT Royal Mail 'customer service' of the laughingly named 'ESCALATION TEAM'. They do leave voice messages- no call as such, just a voice message mysteriously left with excuses why they have still done nothing about resolving the problem.It's really pitiful and a shame, especially as in spite of all this complete lack of professionalism on Royal Mails part, and systems seemingly set up so that customers have no pragmatic way to contact anybody that can actually help to resolve the problem, in spite of all of this my local post man is so helpful and great at his job.GOOD LUCK WITH THE CESUS ROYAL MAIL. YOU'RE GOING TO NEED IT...

Our Sorting Office in Frome is now only open to collect parcels for 16 hours per week. It's as though they consider their customers to be some kind of inconvenience or an interruption of their work. This is really poor service.

Had a particularly convoluted delivery problem on a parcel so went directly to the delivery office where Steve Cleaver and his team went above and beyond to sort it for me. Steve even went to collect the parcel from my previous address (my fault) and delivered it to my new one.
