Rudest service ever! Elenka didn?t even acknowledge me and say hello, just asked ??do you have id??. I am 29 years old, have a full beard, I don?t remotely look under 21 and I had photos of my passport, multiple credit cards and a bag full of betting slips. You don?t verify my ID through a scanner, so I see absolutely zero logic not being able to have some common sense and accept a customer having credit cards, photos of id etc etc. I have also betted in that ladbrokes before and needed to cash out the money, what made it even more of a strange experience.At this point, I was completely fed up and rightly annoyed. Jo on the other hand, has really good customer service skills. Please sit down Elenka for a coaching session, as she humiliated me as a customer.
