First time at frome kfc in ages thought I?d give it another go and wow chicken was so fresh and good as were fries and sides restaurant was very tidy

It?s been a year since I came to kfc, the year before the store was disgusting it was so vile and grim was everything. Since my recent visit wow just wow the store was extremely clean toilets smelt fresh and was clean. The food and atmosphere had improved drastically! Well done frome will definitely be coming back !

I mean? it?s KFC, everyone knows what they?re getting. But prices are higher and the containers come half or less full. Got mashed potatoes, 1/3rd of container full, large gravy came half of the container full, salad half of the container full and looking sad too. The beans come tiny doesn?t matter what size you choose, we got 2 buckets but it came in bags, corn comes wrapped up in a plastic bag. I don?t know. Definitely don?t feel like paying £3 for 1/3rd container of mash. The chicken is good, it?s what you expect. Gravy could have more flavour. Overall it?s mediocre, it?s just is what it is. Has been like 2 years since I had it, so when I had it yesterday and it came like that I was a bit disappointed with everything besides chicken. It?s kfc, should be cheap fast food place. But with prices that went up a lot and the tiny portions they serve now, it?ll be a few years till I have it again, I guess. It?s just okay. Fries are still bad.

Spend almost £30 on two large meals, there was no value, the chicken wings were black and burnt, chips tasted vile. I would not recommend as I will not be coming again.

I ordered online Monday 3 February around 1923hrs but the order didn't go through but money was deducted from my bank, I went to the store to get help but the in store person was very rude and he didn't even bother to hear my story.

I hate fast food. So 5* is unheard of. I didn't eat the food but I'm told it was great ! What a nice bunch of people, helpful and friendly!

Been here a handful of times. Always a issue of some sort with the order. Just had the worst KFC of my life. Wet chips, scrawny bits of chicken. Last time going here

Atmosphere score low, just due to no one on the establishment. Food order was good and efficient. Unfortunately I needed the loo and the cubicle in the gents toilets is probably on big enough for a child under 10 to fit in comfortably. Far too small for an adult.

Dirty floors and toilets, slow staff, even slower food and never had the vfc chicken burger in stock even though it was on the menu. Owner couldn't even be bothered to tow the company line and get the vfc fillets in for the burger.

I got food from this establishment last night, the customer service was bad. I requested items off the menu and was told they wouldn?t make the item. Then I ordered a 4 pice meal and ended up with 3 drumsticks 1 chicken wing and 15 chips the Pepsi max was watered down however the 2 extra chicken fillets I ordered they got them right!! To round to off the guy who served me was argumentative over what I wanted to order!

This KFC needs some love. I don't know why it's got to when we get one here we expect it to not be fresh. Please pay your staff better so they are happier and the food will be nicer, so we will come and spend more.
