All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always in this shop. Only reason I gave 4* is that they stopped the Carolina reaper chicken wings ??

The staff here are usually very nice. Given how often I need help finding products and the extensive range I keep expecting staff to get at least slightly frustrated sometime soon though it's not happened yet!You know what you're getting is good value and reliable.

Always loved Iceland. Product range great. Unfortunately had one of the worst customer care experience ever recently so changed from 5 to 1 star.Delivery had around ten items missing due to out of stock on the day but in stock when ordered the day before. One or two items acceptable. Delivery was three hours late!!!! Delivery turns up, dumping bags in doorway. No greeting or apology for lateness. Ended up bruising every single banana. Go to handover previous delivery bags, driver turns back to me walks off saying no thank you. I follow asking you don't take them anymore. Simple no gets in van drives off. Shocking customer service. I complain online and get a generic response of sorry for being late, hope to see you again soon. No investigation or sincere apology. Awful service. I certainly will not be recommending you to anyone. I spend thousands with you a year. No more.Very disappointed.

Sadly they couldn't bring up my bonus card at the till,which was annoying because other Icelands did.otherwise OK.
