One of your staff members has been particularly helpful in helping me to obtain a certain type of product for my elderly dog. She went the extra mile, despite the store being exceptionally busy at this time of the year. In terms of the parking facilities, it could be better but a bit of care and less impatience usually works. The pothole? It needs fixing by whoever owns that bit of road.”
