I have recently sold and bought a house through Cooper and Tanner in Frome. It was not a smooth process and there were many hiccups along the way. I am so incredibly grateful that I had the support of the team, keeping me informed with regular updates and being so generous of their time both in person and on the end of the phone. The process of buying our house was really smooth - thanks cooper and tanner (and all else who were involved) so made that happen through clear and speedy communication. Cooper and tanner were helpful in comms with ours vendor and in facilitating viewings etc. All felt very human and it's been nice to have avoided the stress that I know so many people feel in the process of buying a house! Cooper and Tanner are great to work with. Professional, friendly, and with great attention to completing. I recently sold a one bedroom flat through Cooper and Tanner, Frome, and they gave the sale as much attention as you would expect from a much larger property, negotiating a price higher than I expected and maintaining constant contact with myself and my solicitor resolving issues as they arose. Highly recommended.
