“This is the first time we have used O'Briens, we had an engineer called Kenny who's knowledge and professionalism was truly a breath of fresh air after our previous experience with using a local company.
We had used this local firm to service our Redfyre for the past 14 years, as the previous owners of the house had there details on our Redfyre range, and over that time we have been informed that many items, that items like the thermostat had died and on most occasions, we have been informed that they can’t get the part. So over that time, each year we find ourselves limping on with less functionality. It is only now having seen an engineer who knows his beans, do we realize that the engineers at the local company, did'nt really have very much experience with our older style rang cookers
