I have had a range of experiences at this place over the years.
The manager appears to have changed very much for the better.
Good staff always very helpful and I appreciate the reduced section the most.

The shelves are well stocked, and there is always someone ready to assist at the cashout if you do not like self pay service. Friendly staff too

Great quality just around the corner.Unfortunately, I've had by far some the worst customer experiences here. Managers are not accessible to resolve issues. A dear friend works in the shop, some staff are very kind, a small few let the side down dramatically!With sadness, after 4 separate issues over 3 years (and no path of complaints other than using this) I'll not be returning!

My wife Julie tripped and fell in the doorway of the store this morning, landing heavily and banging her head on the door. Ness and two other staff members were quickly on the scene, making sure that she was alright, and helping her into a chair. Thank you so much ladies for your care. You're real stars !!!

Fantastic store, brilliant range of reasonably priced produce.Had the privilege to watch one of the store managers (Mya I think) deal with a very tricky situation with the greatest professional, thoughtful and effective skill I have seen in a while.
