Such a kind experience - I had to bring my 7 month old with me and the optometrist and other staff members were so considerate about working around a small human. They offered to take breaks as and when we needed to and very kindly held my baby whilst I was having my eye test. The tests were really thorough, and overall, it was an incredibly kind and positive experience. Thank you.

Polite,friendly,knowledgeable. I live in Trowbridge and I have tried Warminster but I would sooner drive the eleven miles to Frome. In answer to your next question which follows. I will be giving the score for this branch. Maybe the staff have changed in Trowbridge ,but I don't know. They were rude to my wife (this is a few years ago) this is why we use the Frome branch.

Tried to get in contact with them after having lost my glasses for 3 weeks. Tried to call countless times. No answer. Visited the shop 3 times and it was closed every time. Extremely difficult to work with.

I travelled from Shepton Mallet but it was a waste of time. I was struggling to find frames that were suitable for me and was browsing for at least 15 minutes whilst staff members chatted, in between one of them briefly assisting someone else.There was only one other customer in the store at the time and two staff members working. Neither of them asked me if I needed any help. The store is so small, it?s difficult to ascertain the fit of different frames in the tiny mirrors provided, so it would have been useful for the staff to have taken initiative and offered help.There were two frames that I liked, but I ended up putting them back as I didn?t feel confident in the service. Staff in the Wells store were overbearing which was equally as annoying, so all in all, not too impressed & think I would rather pay more at my local, independent opticians for a better level of service.

For the first time I ordered a pair of close-up glasses for the computer. Unfortunately I didn't specify that I needed to get really close to the computer for fine, detailed work on Photoshop so the prescription wasn't right. I took them back and Boots changed the lenses for me free of charge. I was very impressed with that as Boots were not at fault at all. Very happy with my new close-up glasses and the service and care I always get from Boots.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Excellent experience. Very friendly and professional staff, special thank you to Liz and optometrist who sorted my prescription. Love my new glasses, thank you all.

Polite friendly, helpful staff. The eye test was very thorough, asking if i had any concerns. Definitely will not use anywhere else now.
