Boots continues to impress with its reliable service, friendly staff, and well-stocked shelves. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with helpful, knowledgeable employees who genuinely take the time to assist—whether it’s finding the right skincare product or getting advice on over-the-counter medicine.
Really rude staff, two of the older ladies serving the counter with grey hair, I heard them bad mouth customers and generally rude. Get new staff will go to super drug in future

Terrible Boots this. Limited medications onsite, fail to let you know when a prescription is in, unhelpful staff and close for an hour a day over lunch (or other times just when they feel like it).
