The staff here are unfailingly polite, helpful and kind. These are qualities that I have found to be singularly lacking in other retail outlets. One of your staff members has been particularly helpful in helping me to obtain a certain type of product for my elderly dog. She went the extra mile, despite the store being exceptionally busy at this time of the year.
In terms of the parking facilities, it could be better but a bit of care and less impatience usually works. The pothole? It needs fixing by whoever owns that bit of road.

The carpark, with the three bays in the middle, blocks everyone's exit along the wall. Some couple waiting over 10 minutes. With some excellent manoeuvring, we squeezed out. The store itself is what you expect from B&M
