We used Allsop Carpets in our previous house and they installed a carpet that the manufacturer claimed was moth-proof. Within less that 2 years, the carpet sustained moth damage. Allsop took full responsibility, contacted the manufacturer and secured a new carpet for us and took care of the fitting, with no cost to us.We were very impressed so when we moved and needed to fully re-carpet a large 5 bedroom house we approached them for a quote. They came in 30% cheaper than the other local suppliers and did a super job with the laying, accomodating us as when we wanting the laying to be carried out in 3 phases.I would thoroughly recommend them, they are all really helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Can highly recommend Allsop Carpets & Flooring, great customer service, happy to come and measure and quote quickly. Good range of carpets to choose from. Fitters were great. Very happy with end result.

So much less painful than I anticipated. Firstly, way less expensive than some of the Bath stores, but also really helpful with deciding which carpets to choose for our needs and then arranging the fitting of a landing, 4 bedrooms and the lounge was just super straightforward, quick and professional. They took 4 beds apart and put them back together without a flinch - it was just such a pleasant experience. Sam, Ben and team were brilliant to have around and just got on with the job so efficiently and quickly - all done in 1.5 days! Thank you, we will definitely use you again.

Allsop have just replaced our stair, landing and bedroom carpets and our experience has been 10/10, from start to finish. In store there was loads of choice and we got lots of helpful advice. Once we'd finally made a decision, the booking process was straightforward and installation was impressively fast. The final result is immaculate! We have used Allsop Carpets at two properties recently, and WOW!! The standard of workmanship has restored my faith in carpet fitters after the shocking experience with Carpetright!The teams were so helpful and courteous, even after they had finished they asked if we needed help with moving furniture etc.I fully recommend Allsop?s for any flooring work.
