One of the nicest places I?ve visited in a while. Staff were so friendly, super welcoming people and environment. I?m sure it gets busy but wasn?t when we were there so was so calm and lovely. All the staff were lovely to my dog. Nice food and nice variety. Lovely drinks. Fast service good pricing. And the little shop was so nice. So great for little gifts and cards. Definitely coming back.

Very disappointing. Our order was taken quite quickly - two coffees and a Coke; broccoli and cheddar soup; a panini with Brie, cranberry and bacon; a ploughman's. The drinks came quite quickly. The food eventually came after ALMOST 50 MINUTES!! Was it worth the wait? Emphatically NO. The main flavour of the soup was pepper; the panini was so hard on the bottom that it was impossible to cut it, the Brie was bland and completely overpowered by the cranberry; the ploughman's and coffees were quite good.

We hosted a baby shower event at the Soap Bar Cafe today, an area was set aside for us to decorate and play some baby shower games. The service was second to none, happy, friendly, attentive staff who couldn't do enough to make sure our baby shower went off without a hitch. The food provided was of a high standard and the cakes were fantastic and delicious. I would highly recommend vising The Soap Bar Cafe for their food, drink and atmosphere

Lovely place to go for lunch or Christmas shopping for something a bit different, some of the drinks can be pricey, but the food is delightful as are the staff, make sure you book a table in advance though as it can go from being serene to busy in about 20mins ?its very popular ?

Been here many times for lunch and just coffee with friends and always found the staff very friendly , but the last couple times I've been including today there is one paticular member of staff that hasn't seemed very happy , didn't get her name but today she had jazzy trousers on. She hardly smiled and really not great customer service.
Can't fault the food or coffee but maybe some staff could be a bit happier.
The lady that showed us to our table and is usually on the shop counter was lovely and friendly as always . I thinks her name is Mrs Wells .

Very friendly and helpful service, it's even dog friendly and Fudge was given a treat too. The Victoria Sponge was massive! My wife popped in because the owner had visited the local WI and talk was very interesting and our visit never disappointed, a nice gift shop with a cafés and free parking what else do you need!
