“Great staff. I felt I needed new glasses and despite a brilliant eye test, fitting etc on picking them up and trying them for a few days they did not feel quite right. I went back and they re-tested my dodgy eyes same day without any arguments needed. Certainly felt that the customer is put first, rare thing these days. They are sorting replacement glasses.
