Good customer service and pharmacist is always ready to help answer any questions concerning minor medical problems. Easy access for disabled customers. Medicine is usually in stock. Always use this pharmacy instead of the one in town.

I've never had a problem ordered meds they text me go and collect. Some happy staff there .Always very helpful to give medical advice.

Is it acceptable for people to park in a disabled parking bay when you do not have a badge ? Apparently Day Lewis Pharmacy thinks it's ok. So today I took an elderly lady to the doctors who needs the ramp one of the pharmacy guys moved his car but said he could not use his blue badge for work. But still felt it was ok to park there. I then had a member of the public saying it's ok for them to park there as they were only doing their jobs.

I've collected three prescriptions from here as I now need to take tablets on a regular basis. First time, I was served by someone who spoke very abruptly. I paid and left - that was it. Second time, the pharmacist was brilliant - talked me through how to take the tablets, told me about side effects and asked if I had any questions. Third time - prescription not ready, so they offered to text me when it was. With just one tablet left I went in again - served by another abrupt woman - I asked what tablets were in the bag - she asked what I was expecting to find. I asked if we could check they had the correct mobile number - abruptly told nobody is getting texts as that service isn't working. Some rude, uncaring and basically nasty people working here.Mark posts earlier here and says he can't understand the bad reviews here - either you've been lucky when you've been in here, or there's a completely different staff here now, or you have low expectations of how you are treated

We all expect to queue nowadays. However queuing 50 minutes to find your prescription ordered four days ago hasn?t made a journey of 10 feet from the doctors to the pharmacy is ridiculousCome on Lloyd?s sort out your system. It?s not fair on your staff or your customers.
