There is a massive shortage of Dentists in Somerset both NHS & Private. So over two weeks after breaking off a front tooth crown I was getting desperate to find help.Luckily Black Swan had one appointment that I could have.Sadly the tooth had gone and only the root remained. So no more crowns here . But its removal was done brilliantly.I have a complicated history and often feel that Dentists don?t believe me when I say what my allergies are. Or how I need extra local anaesthetic. So it?s not easy going to a new dentist. I shouldn?t have worried, everything was taken seriously and I got an effective local anaesthetic first time.Thank you for trusting a patient. It?s so unexpected. I am very impressed. Just have to decide what happens next?

Very quick, efficient service. The consultation did not feel rushed.Staff were friendly. Clean modern premises which instilled confidence regarding staff work ethic. Ive always has a fear of dentists. But With black swan I don't seem to have that issue.

I have been a client of Black Swan for very many years, which speaks for itself. They have watched my son grow into a fine young man from a toddler. I have had considerable treatment over the years and wouldn?t consider going any where else. I have recommended to family and friends, many have joined the practice after disappointing experiences elsewhere.

Black Swan fitted me in for an emergency appointment at short notice late last year. I had seen their website and was reassured that a priority was to put their patients at ease. That certainly was my experience when Tochukwu replaced a detached crown for me, explaining clearly all that I needed to know. Today I was welcomed back for a hygienist appointment and met Leah, she was very gentle, explained everything she was about to do, and gave very helpful hints on brushing etc. I may well start to look forward to visiting the dentist, instead of dreading the thought!

First time visiting today after not seeing a dentist for 10 years after a horrible experience that put me off. The dentist Maisie was exceptional, knowledgeable and caring, came out of there feeling really positive about the work I need doing and not worried at all about the care I will receive. Thank you.

As ever received an excellent service from the lovely and welcoming reception team. A cut above is how I would describe the little extra details.Clare, my hygienist extremely thorough with good cleaning tips. Also her very nice assistant. I had a wonderful dentist/hygienist where I used to live and thought I wouldn?t be able to find anyone comparable, but so far I?ve been proved wrong.

I haven't been for a couple of years due to working away from home, their new premises are absolutely beautiful, and areal testament with regard the amount of work they have not just put into making it a pleasure to walk into, but also the work ethos, from reception to the dentists, everyone pulling together to make it a fantastic surgery, I applaud what their doing,If they could roll this out around the country, people may actually smile againGood job?
