I normally have a good experience at the store and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, on my last visit a few weeks ago I was surprised to see a young girl in the shop cleaning, who appeared to be under the managers care? I would assume a daughter or niece? While I completely understand childcare challenges, I felt this was not appropriate in a retail environment, especially with the heavy boxes of tiles around. For me, this raised concerns about professionalism and safety. I'd like to highlight this to ensure the store continues to uphold the standards customers expect.
