Utter shambles. Comunication between departments is terrible. Its so bad I think it could be dangerous in certain circumstances!

** Edit to add** When I was pregnant I had server bleeding. The midwives gave me some urgent prescriptions. I HAND DELIVERED them myself to the practice only to find out a couple of days later they had lost them.
