Absolutely disgusting sausage roll. Never tasted any patty quite like this.£10 for sausage roll, veg sausage roll and 2 cans of drink, yucky. Bottom of pastry RAW.

Mecca for anyone following a Keto, Paleo or Auto-immune protocol lifestyle! My son would not have been born had Sow & Arrow not introduced me to the idea that I could take control of my health by taking control of my nutrition. It is so nice to shop somewhere that shares the same goals and so carefully curates their product lines and their ready meals are so convenient. It can be so hard to stay Paleo when you don't have the time or energy to cook from scratch, but if you have these meals in the freezer then you always have a fallback. Their treats and other deli items are also fab for if you're eating out or going round friends - the hardest thing sometimes when doing major diet overhaul can be when friends and family are asking 'Why are you eating that?'...When you bring Sow & Arrow treats that question changes 'Can I try some of that?' All in all just very thankful to have the this place as local to me as it is!

This store is a real jewel in the crown of this area. Lovely packaged products to buy such as health food and grocery items and really excellent food to takeaway, including special diet like keto and gluten free. The staff are also excellent, very helpful and polite.

Visited Sow and Arrow when visiting family in Clevedon, what a fantastic place! Great tasty food and its all good for you. Food pleasure without the guilt, what more could you want. Its a shame I live so far away otherwise I'd be a regular for sure. I did how ever buy one of Pauline's (owner) books which means I can now attempt all the amazing food at home. Thanks for a fab breakfast guys ?

Amazing cakes, sausage rolls so tasty and scotch eggs THE best!!all made so they're healthy for you. Keto, paleo and anti imflammatory products to help you have the best way of eating. All the ingredients are good for you!! Pauline is amazing and so helpful, she truly cares about people and their health. After watching Pauline and Gaz's videos everything made sense so I've implemented the pattern of daily habits for around 6 weeks, in the first week I felt the difference. Its worth it. Primal Living in a Modern World by Pauline.. a must read!!
