They advertise one price for fuel but charge another then claim aprently you have to use other pumps for normal diesel but one I used was vpower ( but there was no advertisement for vpower on the pump just had diesel or petrol)

Very rude staff member I asked where the amazon lockers were as didn?t realise there are two different pick up lockersGot shouted at ?outside outside ? with a bit of arm wavingPerhaps they shouldn?t have the lockers on site if they get annoyed at people asking about them !!!!

I have used this site for many years in an effort to support Clevedons local traders. However, of recent the customer service has become what can only be described as "diabolical".This morning after standing for some time in a line of people queueing , the cashier booked.the fuel from the wrong pump to me. I told cashier of the mistake despite that amount being was far less than the fuel I had put in my car.For some reason he then told me to stand to one side while the person making that purchase came into the shop. As that person was seeing to her children that took quite a few minutes.Following her paying it then became obvious that the assistant did not have the training to adjust the wrong amount that had been recorded to me. The supervisor was called over and he mumbled something to the assistant and walked away. It then took another eight minutes, a calculator, another assistant and many attempts on the system before I was able to pay the still slightly wrong amount for my fuel.As stated I have used this site for many years but with the general decline in service and with this morning's happenings coming on top of that I will undoubtedly not be returning.

Friendly staff, but disappointingly they have recently stopped accepting newspaper subscription vouchers.In response to the owner's query, thank you for your interest. I went in to the garage on Saturday 14th August while visiting the seafront to buy a copy of The Times, a coffee and a snack. I tried to pay for the paper with my subscription voucher. The staff member said vouchers had not been accepted since a couple of weeks before and would not be in future. I now plan to get my paper and refreshments elsewhere.

Overpriced FuelAs of 05.06.2021 diesel here is £139.9 and this garage continues raise its prices every week !!!! Avoid at all cost ...... Shell Cribbs Causeway is £132.9 .
