The menu I saw online must be old. They hardly had any vegetarian / vegan options. And the staff, whilst very friendly, didn?t offer any options perhaps bc they couldn?t. The pics on Google Menu are misleading :(

What is going on here.... sandwich very mediocre it was what it was. Would have been nice with a little salad as only came with a little pot of crisps. We also added on a bowl of fries which for some reason came out way after our sandwiches.
I can 100% give allowances for busy but I have a very low tolerance for the lack of standards.
For some reason every salt grinder seemed to be broken or empty, same with the pepper. The vinegar was clear and had some nasty stuff floating in it.
The menus where absolutely disgusting! I'm sorry but if im expected to pay 9 quid for a sandwich the menu that was absolutely covered in sauces, grease and god knows what else didn't fill me with confidence. There was no napkins on the table either. Also there is a lovely bit of art on the wall, one of your customers must have left there some time ago i think it was made with tomato ketchup.
All this said I can see why people come here, the location. It's right on the sea front and I'm sure with a little tlc it can be a real nice place but just seems to have lost its spark somewhere just needs some work.

We sat outside in lovely sunshine. As for atmosphere, it's a cafe. Need to serve more reasonable priced food

Popped in for lunch on Sunday. Not enough staff or menus. Sat for 20 minutes, didn't get acknowledged so went to pub next door instead. Shame, as those that were served seemed and the food looked good.

The best place in Clevedon for quality food and service were the team have a real passion of going the extra mile. My favourite has to be the cooked breakfast with quality local ingredients and wow what a vie. Thank you for always being 5 star and for taking souch time and effort ?

Scarlett's is a typical seaside restaurant/cafe. It was a reasonably sunny day when we visited so we had a little wait before we could find a table free. We had coffee and cake (I can recommend the carrot cake which is huge!). From the luxury of our seats on the terrace, we were afforded a view across the bay and the pier. Definitely worth visiting whenever tea and cake are needed!

Fantastic spot and great and informed service. We were warned about a wait for food and it arrived within that time. A lot of cyclists but a fair amount of space to put bikes within sight of many of the tables. It was busy because the food was great with many healthy options.

What a great place for lunch. Food was great and staff very friendly. We had the seafood sharing platter which was very good. Contrary to other reviews on here they do take cards now

Very nice place to grab some lunch in the sunshine looking over the channel. Staff were great. They welcome well behaved dogs outside only, make sure to mention you are taking dogs when booking ahead so you are not inside.

No room for bikes. Don't bother coming here on a Saturday morning because like everywhere in clevedon, it's way too busy.

Such a shame visited today 2 adults one child. Table service sine on the door so sat down inside. Lovely views nice and busy outside. Unfortunately the service was super slow looked like only one person was on at the time. drinks being brought to tables , sat waiting 10 mins before ordering. We was planning on a light bite to eat but due to time they was having a menu change over apparently then the printer wasn't working so menu was another 15 mins still no drinks 2 cokes and a coffee. We payed before the drinks came purely due to the menu choices when arrived. Unfortunately no children's options and mainly panini options with a handful of usual fancy sounding meals. So purely put off due to the lack of service and lack of menu wouldn't choose to visit again. Maybe adding a children's menu with an outdoors menu bored outdoors will help and edition of lighter salads maybe great pertental shame about the service.
