Team there are ALWAYS super lovely and very helpful. Prices are a little above other places for exact same product, but we always find the things we are looking for there and their seasonal stock is fun.

Went in on Tuesday 21st November. We're looking for dog food for our sick Lab. Unfortunately none was in stock but the colleagues in store were very helpful and even tried another local store for us. Thank you all.??

Unhelpful staff member. On website said the product is in the Clevedon store, asked for lady staff on duty to help find it, she said she dont know where. Didnt bother to go around ask other staff about. Not everyone is meant to work front line customer I get it. Just my luck had her today terrible experience.

What an example of great customer service to the absolutely dire Pets At Home online Customer Service Team (if they actually exist) Only part of my regular online food order was delivered. I have spent hours repeatedly trying various different ways of contacting PAH customer services - online chat (no one ever comes on line once you have entered your details), phone (Use on line chat and then call cuts off), email (meant to reply in 24 hours but only reply is use on line live chat), Twitter (no reply) without getting any response apart from an automated use on line chat which no agent appears to be ever on. In desperation I went to the Clevedon store. The manager and staff were just incredible and sent me away with the equivalent number of tins that are still missing from my order. If I could give 10 starts I happily would! PAH CEO will also be getting an email from me slating online customer Service and praising Clevedon.
