I have spent hours repeatedly trying various different ways of contacting PAH customer services - online chat (no one ever comes on line once you have entered your details), phone (Use on line chat and then call cuts off), email (meant to reply in 24 hours but only reply is use on line live chat), Twitter (no reply) without getting any response apart from an automated use on line chat which no agent appears to be ever on. In desperation I went to the Clevedon store. The manager and staff were just incredible and sent me away with the equivalent number of tins that are still missing from my order. If I could give 10 starts I happily would! PAH CEO will also be getting an email from me slating online customer Service and praising Clevedon.”
