Just popped by to collect a few bits for dinner and was shouted at across the forecourt by a female member of staff ?we?re closed? no reason for why and also absolutely zero customer service or people skills. Awful way to great your customers!

A really handy M&S Simply Food, the only one in Clevedon. It is on the outskirts of town on the Tickenham Road. There is also a BP forecourt on the site. The shop was clean, bright and inviting - well stocked with popular M&S products. There was also a Wild Bean Cafe within the store.

Met what can only be described as a vile woman, she was an old hag who clearly Dosent shop in those type of stores.Hope her arm isn?t to trapped as she says what a bum and someone who Dosent have any people skills.

Just got told I can't come in at 9:49. People leaving after shopping in there. Bloke at the door turned me away.Your opening times are until 10 so you're open for shoppers until 10. Not impressed.

Supposed to close at 11pm but they shut the doors to the garage at 9.50 and were extremely rude. I understand the hut was still open but this was just really poor customer service with no explanation!

Saturday evening staff unnecessarily unhelpful, asked the cafe if they could heat the (very over priced) food up for us. The guy just kept saying "I don't think so" and chuckled to the cafe staff afterwards.

This store always has most things needed. They have a large selection of drinks, non alcoholic and alcoholic. They have a little hot food section too. Staff are generally friendly here and it?s conveniently placed at a gas station on the way out of Clevedon. Great for picking up some forgotten essentials.

I like to shop there after I finish work spending £70 to £100 pounds a week on shopping but missed out this Xmas when they started closing the door at 10pm and it looks permanent, I suppose Asda and Tesco's gain.
