Needs an area where you can bring your kids so you can workout while they play. I used to go but after I had my son and found there was nowhere to leave him, I lost all confidence in going back as it was a lot for my anxiety to go in the first place

Best Gym ever. Have been a PT for a few years and never seen a Gym this well managed. The atmosphere is great and it has all the facilities you need (parking, studio, etc...). It's not too crowded, spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and professional.

Reasonably priced with lots of variety. Rarely a wait for any of the machines as it is quite quiet at the times I've been (tried before work, after work and Saturday so far).
