Collected two pizzas, got them home and found they were cold, not even lukewarm.
Wouldnt normally complain but when I did they asked for a 'screenshot of my order'
I explained i ordered over the telephone,so didn't have ant screenshots for them, and they then said in that case they couldn't help!!!

Ordered a pizza got the delivery but a pizza not that hot what it had to be . Called at the store firstly they didn't picked and when they did the guy didnt accept it . Even talked so rude. Not expected.

Avoid at all cost
Booked online for collection for 17.00 when collected food was stone cold rang up to be spoken to by a very rude lady who told me our food was cooked at 1500 and left there waiting for us wouldn't cook us fresh food or give us a refund tried to say it was our fault then I had proof of time booked 45 pound worth of food ruined

Would rate 0 stars if I could, food was selected a timed order for 5pm? collected at 5 and food was cold. I was then told the order was made at 3pm as there system malfunctioned, and was told there was nothing they could do about the pizza that was left on a hot rack that was not even turned on for 2 hours, the managers attitude was awful? was not offered a fresh hot pizza? and then I was cut off and ignored?..
With jennys and pizza manic around the corner if you have to make your choice choose them.

Awful. We ordered 2 pizzas with 2 sides and paid for delivery. After 40 minutes of waiting for our order to arrive, it arrived missing a pizza. The delivery driver left to go get our pizza. We then waited an additional 40 minutes and nothing arrived. We decided to ring up the number for the Clevedon domino?s, and were told they haven?t heard anything about a missing pizza and will ask the delivery driver. We then waited another 20 minutes with still no pizza and no further contact so we decided to drive to the domino?s with our pizza and sides. We explained to the workers and they said they would remake it for us however they refused to refund us for the delivery cost. The manager was argumentative and rude. When we returned home with our order, the sides (chips and wedges) were cold and soggy and had a horrible texture. We ended up waiting a total of 2 hours for our order. Never ordering from dominoes again.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides, only 1 pizza was delivered, the driver went back to get it, was a no show an hour and a half later. I rang and drove to the shop and still had to wait for everything to get remade (2hours after order). The manager refused to refund the delivery charge and was argumentative.
Very poor customer service.
Would not recommend.

It was Saturday night, but service was very slow. Their computer ETA said 10min, but this didn't change in the 35min we where waiting. We enquired, and apparently the pizza had been ready and nobody thought to tell us despite us letting them know we were waiting earlier.
Pizza was very oily and salty. It was also very expensive, and the 'deals' are designed to be impenetrable.

Ordered via Uber at 5.30pm delivery was advised at 6.05pm. First time using this branch ans certainly the last. Food finally turned up a couple of minutes before 7pm.I'm down this way at a local fishery and thought I'd treat myself.Called the branch at 6.10pm to be told 10 minutes. Called again at 6.45pm to be told its finally on its way. The manner of the person answering the phone was arrogant to say the least.Seems as a gesture of goodwill they threw in a scattering of chips that looked like they had been left on the side for a day or two.Not sure what was warmer the pizza or the ice cream.Dominoes normally has a high reputation. This franchise seems to not manage this.Word of advice, manage the customers expectations.Nearly £50 wasted.

Really disappointed. Had no idea what our toppings were as each pizza was so awash with the tomato sauce that?s all you could taste and pizzas burnt. £50 wasted.

Every single delivery we have had has been on time and correct. Food is always hot and tasty, delivery drivers always seem happy. Thank you guys ?
