What an absolutely brilliant cinema.
Atmosphere and staff volunteers are top class.
So much more than a standard trip to the movies.
You are transported back in time.
No tardis or time machine needed.
Lounge area to have a drink and lots to look
at before the film.
Highly recommended, and the teatro lounge that supports it is perfect for a pre cinema meal or afterwards.
Stunning historical building.
I am glad I discovered it.
I will be back.
Back again still as lovely as ever

Saw a Life on a Tandem with a Q&A after on 10th September 2025 - use public transport to get there - both the X6 & X7 operated by first bus to get there (Check timetable on line) was able to see the Q&A and get the last bus back to Bristol
Booking was easy and seats are allocated - Curzon website fairly easy to use
Good local cinema and great to be able to try it out and good use of a space for the locals to use

Visited The Curzon Cinema last night 11/08/25 to see Four Letters of Love. The film was beautiful, really enjoyed it but the theatre itself is part of the whole experience. Had the warmest of welcome from the staff as we entered the building and it felt like stepping back in back in time going into auditorium. It's a beautiful building, thank you to those concerned in presevering this gem. We'll be back and consider it worth the drive from The Midlands to visit.

A jewel in the crown of Clevedon! Staff and volunteers are fabulous! I'm loving the films and extras that the Seasons include. Well done Curzon!

Really nice old school cinema; the balcony with bigger softer seats is particularly great. Even the stall inside to buy popcorn etc is a nice throw back. They don?t show all the big films but if they are showing something you want to see, then this is the place, way better than the big chain cinemas.

A stunning well kept and unique historical venue.
The staff and volunteers are always so welcoming. The programme of films is varied and well curated, so there is something for everyone. This is also a charity so donate and gift aid if you can. Thank you for protecting this fabulous place

I have not been as I am profoundly deaf, but when enquiring about what equipment they have for deaf people they were very helpful. I know they do subtitle screenings but these are at unsuitable times for me. Well done on professional customer service and understanding.
