Fantastic service, very pleasant - with an emphasis on providing clear information (as opposed to waffle and hard sell).If my weird disabled back had been ok with the car seats, I would have made an offer for the Mazda that I test drove (which was excellent value with lots of kit).Huge shout out to Hayley who was brilliant, I have already recommended you and Mazda to somebody who is looking for a quality second hand car .

This is a great family owned business ( Ford & Mazda), we bought my wife's Fiesta from here ( 6 years ago) Dan was excellent, friendly and professional, we have now returned to see Dan again and he helped us to upgrade to a new Fiesta (collect March 1st!), as before exemplary customer service and very refreshing to deal with the same person in sales, this in an industry that sometimes can have a high turnover of staff ...perfect! He goes above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble for him. I ordered an alarm and new key for my car in April. I phoned 18th July as I had heard nothing and my alarm has been annoying the neighbours from time to time. Today I am told must wait another 3 weeks. That's waiting with no phone call to explain, for a whole quarter. Not amused!

I have used this garage for years, having bought a car from the showroom, many moons ago. I use the garage for serving, repairs, mot and even tyres from time to time. A fantastic service, if they give a timescale they stick to it, i always appreciate that. If there is a problem I am kept in the loop and if work needs doing they give me options which to be fair isn't very often as car is maintained well.They keep in touch throughout the year, to remind me when mot or servicing is due and always thank me for my custom. Thank you Clevedon Garage, I'm so glad to have a garage i can trust.

Excellent levels of customer service from Allison and Darren (Apologies if that is the wrong name). I called late with an issue with my key fob and both stayed behind to help me with my issue. I felt they were happy to go above and beyond even though it was nearly 6pm on a sunny Tuesday evening. I would highly recommend!
