I normally love card factory and the staff are normally really helpful and lovely! However today i had a not so nice experience, with a worker named Jan.
I had bought a fair few items, placed them on the till however i notcied she had scanned a box of chocolates that my child placed on the counter by accident, i had previously bought these in b&m! I let Jan know this and apologised for my children. She then SLAMMED her hand down on the counter, proceded to roll her eyes at me and very loudly complain that she now had to scan it all again! She was incredibly rude! My children were very confused and worried and i had to comfort them and let them know it was okay. Even though it infact was completely unacceptable behaviour for someone who is meant to help you!

The staff are lovely - I turned up 5 minutes before closing last week. The lady who served me had been on her own for hours and unable to go for a toilet break due to two colleagues calling in sick but still had the biggest smile and gave me all the help required. I don?t know I would have been so willing in her position! Hats off to her!

Very dusty, shelves covered in dust and so were some of the products.Staff friendly and helpful.There were too many items on some of the hooks like tissue paper, which was annoying as when you try to take one off, the rest come off with it.Some of the cards seemed to be wedged in tightly, some of them bending over the top.

Super helpful staff in a well stocked shop in a convenient location! They were very friendly, helped me find the right balloons for my Granny and then chatted politely while filling them up. Great service!

Very helpful member of staff, I wanted a birthday card for a 19 year old, non on sale so got a general card and the lady suggested stick on accessories numbers 1& 9, brilliant, I was a very happy customet??
