We do our main shop here. I'm not a brand snob and find their own brands perfectly acceptable, if not better than well known brands in some cases. I prefer the smaller range of products. It makes shopping quicker and easier. Who needs 10 different brands of soup for instance? I like the special buys aisles with different products every week. Shopping can be very boring and mundane. ALDI makes it a different experience every week. Admittedly their prices are not as cheap as they used to be. But there is still big savings to be made compared to the other big supermarkets.

Straightforward, basic shopping but with a good range. Prices can be much cheaper than other stores. Clevedon store is laid out well and staff are helpful.

Our local Aldi, conviniently located just outdide M5 J20. Great shop, clean with friendly staff. No in-store bakery is the only downfall.

Needless to say. Cheapest store in the UK for groceries. I love Lacura products and their ice creams. Also, the middle aisle is an honorable mention for bargain hunters. The trick is to plan in advance with their leaflets and shop in the morning hours to get best of the stock.

Quite a large Aldi with plenty on offer. The 'middle aisle' does get untidy, but that's customers and not the staff. I just wish they gave points and freebies like their nearest competitor ( begins with L) which is why I prefer the other. That's not to say I won't shop here. ????

Veg is very good compared to other low cost supermarkets and the staff are friendlier. We have somewhere closer, but come for these reasons. Easy to park (usually) and the self service tills are handy.

They have a self service area now, the only let down this store had was the huge ques at the tills but that's in the past.
