I have had to get alot of things altered and everytime I have had a good experience, lady is lovely, always helpful, and nothing too much trouble. Quality of alterations is excellent. Highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs! Paid £12 to dry clean a hoodie that I have for over 9 years, is my favorite one. Despite obviously washing it for a number of times during this time, never happened to damage it. However, this place managed to. Hoodie is white with some blue inside the hood which they manage somehow to transfer it on the white. I?ve been told to contact the hoodie manufacturer and ask them for a new one as is their fault the blue transferred into the white (?!?!). Haven?t received an apology or a refund. Just avoid this place if you care about your things and take your business somewhere else.

I used AYS Cleaning for the first time this week. I handed over a large collection (One linen suit. Two other jackets and Three pairs of trousers!). I had not had any dry cleaning done since before the Pandemic!
The quality of the cleaning is so good that I feel as if I have suddenly bought a whole set of brand new clothes! The staff were also very efficient and very pleasant.

Amazing service, i had a (Moncler jacket) repaired and it was perfect. Judging its a expensive jacket they were very delicate and did an amazing job. They stitched my NEW BADGE. If you need any repairs with Moncler, Burberry, Canada goose go to them. Jacket looks brand new again. Go to them!!!

The staff did a marvellous job of cleaning my thermal padded coat which got covered in thick, slimy mud when I slipped down a muddy bank recently. It took a couple of deep cleans, but it now looks like new. A BIG thank you to AYS for saving my coat which I thought was a write-off.

I took a huge bag of laundry to be cleaned at short notice.The lady in the shop gave exceptional customers service, communicated by phone when there was a problem and offered up solutions.I came to pick up the washing just after they had officially closed, but she was still there and handed me a lovely bag of clean clothes, sorted by item and neatly folded.I cannot tell you how grateful myself and the individual who needed help at a difficult time was.Highly, highly recommend AYS.Thank you.Mike
