I'm not one to leave reviews on anywhere I go but i felt like I had to write about my experience here. I have to say this has been the best fish and chips place that I've visited. Fish was excellent, service impeccable and the place was very clean overall. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I will 100% come back here. Keep doing what you're doing ??

A wonderful little chippy in Cheddar. Lovely interior and brilliant service from the staff. Blown away by the quality of the food. 1000% recommend for anyone visiting, and I will most certainly be going back again in the future

Both my wife and myself were blown away by our experience here (and the children ate lots more than usual). It was a Sunday so don't know what's it's like during more busy days, although the way the staff dealt with everything, I'm sure they could deal with anything (even to turn people away to preserve their integrity). The service was excellent, the wait was fine, the food was super hot and fresh (I love that). Good portion, lovely fish and the chips were amazing. It's five stars from us all round. A lovely experience I for one will remember.

Unfortunately I think I hit the wrong time. It was busy.
Had to wait an inordinate time for recognition as a new customer in queue before orderin but the order took a reasonable time.
For £24 (x2 cod lots & curry sauce to take out) I was disappointed. The portions were a good size but the quality was not so good. Fish not fresh and chips cooked in stale oil.
Overall I wasn't impressed & won't return.

Its a shame that although advertised as open often the takeaway has closed early or has turned off online ordering and does not answer the phone. Very frustrating.

Fish was fresh. the batter was gorgeous service excellent. Fish could have been a bit chunkier, but I've been spoilt in Northumberland.
