Nice little pub we came in for lunch after our visit to the gorge . Food was decent and wasn?t expensive either . Was a bit of a wait on food but can?t be helped seeing as it was a busy day

Lovely cosy pub just off the high street. Great quality food and portion size is fantastic! Service was fast and friendly. Dog friendly which is always a brilliant bonus!

We Ate here twice during our stay in cheddar mainly for the large beer garden it offered, dog friendly and not too busy. Good basic affordable pub grub. Had lovely chilli beef nachos. Tuna jacket. And a selection of cheese topped chips with other light bites on offer. Very easy going, casual, friendly unhurried pub atmosphere. One time we even had an impromptu choir sing some sea shanty songs in the garden, was a lovely surprise! This pub Suited us perfectly for Lunch and a pint with the dog after a long hot walk around the gorge. Great location.

Waited 30 minutes for fish and chips. Batter and fish were raw and had to be sent back. Didn't have time to wait another 30 minutes for another meal to be cooked so had a refund and left. My partner has eaten some of his fish and was vomiting for the rest of the day. Won't be going there again.

Stopped for a Beer in the garden after venturing around the Cheddar gorge. Friendly service. Nice range of larger and beer and a few snack options.

We came here for a meal, very friendly staff, greeted us as we walked in, wll staff appear happy to be at work, food was amazing and reasonably priced. We did need to ask a local lady if there was a car park and how to access it, a small sign on the road would be good. Would recommend
