Go there Wednesday evenings in the summer months, for bike nights, good hot dogs and Burgers. Good atmosphere. Nice farm shop, which open all year around.

Absolutely fantastic food and cider!! Black Jack's cider ? Handmade Pizzas ? Burger and chips ? Burgers were proper meaty burgers, no fast food or pub chain rubbish. All food and drinks loved by adults and kids alike. 2 pizzas and a portion of chips were more than enough for a family of 4 for a hearty lunch! Went back with a 9 pint bottle of Black Jack's to last us the rest of the holiday (more like a couple of nights ?). Prices are also very good.
Wouldn't hesitate coming here again! Extremely good service and very friendly landlord/owner.

Great vibe, quirky decoration and outdoor seating. Reccomeneded for a good drink in great surroundings and a short(ish!) walk or cycle from Petruth Paddocks.

Great Food, Great Drinks & Ever better company!!!!
me and my partner were in the area to celebrate my 30th birthday, first time to explore this neck of the woods, we were camping and the cider barn was the local pub, everyone was super welcoming, Tom behind the bar is one of the nicest, warmest, genuine and down to earth person, I have ever had the pleasure of crossing paths with. Pizza was exaclty what the doctor ordered and shout out to Scott with 1936! Best Larger ever... Lots of locals were there & took the time to celebrate and create memories for my milestone. Started my holiday and birthday with a bang, I will forever be grateful for them & cheddar. Truly a special Hidden Gem, Me and my partner made a pact we will continue to come back! A real gem of a place, so pleased we ventured out of Cheddar to find it. Friendly owners and even friendlier locals. We were lucky to be there on a music night with very talented people taking it in turns to play keyboard and guitar.
Food was fabulous, the big portions caught us out so we had leftovers to take back. Big range of cider, many local and we did our best to try them all, with a few we hadn't seen before.
A very dog friendly establishment with lots of the furry friends to meet and greet. They are made very welcome, a dog lovers paradise.
Quirky decor that sets it apart from other places. It all made for a fantastic evening.
