Booked 18:30, quick for drinks and starters but 1 hour 20mins later still waiting for mains. Table service good and not sure it was just a Tuesday thing but best to like country & western music ?

Really good fresh cooked food. Prices very reasonable considering the proximity to the caves and this being a very tourist area. Highly recommend.

This is ?The Restaurant? you want to recommend to your family / friends if they visit Cheddar. Quality ingredients, proper service and real chefs, many homemade stuff. You will always have a good time in La Rocca.
Always better to call to book in advance. I tend to avoid when is too busy as you might don?t get the full satisfaction and will take slightly longer than usual as is all generally homemade and have only some basics ingredients prepared. However, even you go when is busy will still be better than any other place in Cheddar for western type of food.

Food is amazing and made with heart. We enjoyed a lovely lunch there. We were served by one of the male staff. He was nice and patient to give us time to take photo of the food (I appreciated how the salad is presented despite it isn?t a main dish.)
