“I went into ATS at Chard this morning as I was a little concerned about the tyre pressures, they were so helpful, professional and gave me great advise, that I will always make them my first stop if I have any problems at all with my car. The manager, {sorry, didn't get your name} helped me sort out the spare fob, as it needed a new battery and I didnt know how to sort it out. So very considerate and helpful, didnt make me feel like an idiot for not knowing how to do a simple thing like change a battery! You should all be nominated for an award from the management!!!!
