“Came into the shop last week to look for some arts and crafts stuff a lady behind the till said come back Tuesday next week so I did. I spoke to the manager and asked saying she would put some aside for me. The manager apologised and said sorry there's nothing here apart from the box. Just upset I wasted my time. The shop is lovely and laid out perfectly. I will not stop coming here just upset.”

“The BEST charity shop in SOMERSET! Hands down. The new manager is just so accommodating and lovely to every single person. Treats them with kindness and respect. Fair prices, good stock, has lovely volunteers who are just as lovely. It’s like a little welcoming family and I like that I am treated like a regular and not just a customer. I feel as equal as they are, as most charity shops make people feel below them which is so sad. I recycle broken things to give them back into the community, like the elderly and vulnerable and I don’t get shot down when I ask for certain things for my hobby. They go above and beyond for us. They need to be recognised for being so lovely to us. Please go and say hello, you will not be disappointed!
