As a stranger to this store and on a mission to buy to non food items I was on the verge of walking out when I spotted two members of the team who looked like management. I approached them outlining my needs and was immediately taken in charge by Charlotte who was an absolute gem. This young lady could not have been any more helpful. Bright cheerful smile, forensic knowledge of her stotes range and a first class ambassador for the company..
Well done Tesco for recognising the latent talent and making the most of it.

Got to say very happy with card tesco I was looking for red spuds and there was nothing there but I asked a young man and he went out of his way to get some for us and when the staff were putting out stock they were very perlite and sed sorry unlike Ilminster store who just run into you or just look at you like something on the bottom of your shoe well done chard ?????

Great store now ruined by numeric opening their factory. Avoid this place at rush hour, unless you want to sit in 20 minutes of traffic just to get to the roundabout. I hope neumatic are offsetting the money you're going to lose from people avoiding this store now.... What's the Sainsbury's loyalty card called?

Just been to the store I was queuing up to pay and Maisy was amazing she said to me would you like me to scan your shopping at the self checkout for you I said yes please because the self checkout was busy she took me to another till scanned everything. I get anxious when tescos is busy. Maisy customer service was amazing. Thank you Tescos Chard

I walked in together with my young son to do the grocery shopping my son helped me carry one of the boxes of beer to The register because the shopping was too heavy.
We were surrounded by two of the workers named Kim and Emma.
They told me that I cannot do any of the shopping because my son helped me bring the beer they need to see your ID of him too.
Although he was clearly not buying it for myself and it was just helping me carry it was ridiculous and I feel like I was racially profiled buy them not letting me buy anything even though I made clear that I am buying it for myself
.
Will definitely raise a complaint with the management

Always well stocked and keep a large range of Tesco?s own brands and super budget lines in stock. I travel from Axminster regularly (ours is rubbish despite it being the same size).

Tescos please stop trying to funnel me to the self service checkout.. I will not cheat the check out staff out of an job, they got to earn an living too. Other than that it?s probably the most interesting place in chard to visit, alongside that weird ball sculpture.
