Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Optician Nigel Burgess very good - explained eye changes thoroughly and clearly and talked me through the scans. My granddaughter lost her little ring in the shop but within half an hour of getting home a member of staff phoned to say they'd found it and would u like it put in with my glasses for when I collect them!! One happy granddaughter and one happy Nanna!!

All staff I dealt with, were attentive to my needs..I still need to pick up my glasses,so the acid test is.Will I be able to see properly, regardless of how well I was looked after.

Very helpful and friendly while remaining highly professional. First time using both the opticians and audiologist. The tests were thorough and fully explained. I felt I was being given good advice in each department. Good system of reminders for follow up appointments.

It's a chain with a lot of customers, so I've always been impressed by how friendly and personal the staff make each visit. I think I have a slightly unusual presciption, but the experts take it all in their stride. The store-front staff are great at helping you pick specs that look good. My last frames lasted more than four years, so the quality seems fine.

I couldn't fault the very friendly and professional staff at this branch. I had an issue with my prescription and I was listened to. The optician was excellent, extremely professional and helpful. The headaches have disappeared and I can finally read again. Perfect. Would highly recommend!
