POTENTIAL PURCHASER
Unfortunately I haven't had a good experience when wanting to view and have more details about a property that they are selling.
I initially saw the add on Rightmove for a 3 bedroom house with garage, workshop on Furze hill in Chard. I read through the description and it sounded ideal for my next move. I phoned up and spoke to a lady who first of all couldn't find it, then after explaining the price and details she found it, took my details and passed this over to a colleague called Zoe for a call back. Zoe phoned me back hours later and states did the previous lady state the property is of a, "non standard contruction" of which i replied no, nor did the listing state this on the day of listing this, but I notice they now have adjusted the listing. Zoe stated that please double check you can get a mortgage on it and so I went away and spoke to my mortgage advisor. My mortgage advisor wanted to know the type of build, so I left a rightmove enquiry followed up by a phone call answer machine message to ask please could they tell me the type of build. This was last week and they have ignored me. Disappointed from a potential buyers view as they lack the information or contact with there customers.

Paul Fenton Estate agents were very helpful in arranging a viewing on a property that I was interested in and emailed me promptly confirmation of appointment with the property details. I requested a second viewing, which was no problem, and they let me take my time in looking around and not rushed at all which was great. Any questions I had, they were able to answer or find out for me. They went above and beyond to help me, good communication, very helpful and a fantastic friendly team of people. I am very happy with the home I have purchased with Paul Fenton Estate Agents.

Customer service good. However house details failed to live up to the reality of the property once moved in. Sheds all rotten and having to get a complete rewire. We did get a survey, but things were hidden not allowing the extent of issuses.

happy with Paul Fentons team, so helpful very professional, definitely will use if we move again. Well we did move. Unfortunately they couldn?t sell our property after being on the market a year. Fox and sons sold it within 2 weeks.

Alex and the team at Paul Fenton did an outstanding job in assisting in the sale of my deceased Aunt's property. The professional, sensitive and friendly assistance made me feel confident of a good outcome.As I was from Australia their assistance and explanations were particularly helpful to navigate an unfamiliar process and system. Following my return to Australia I had to manage the sale from overseas and the team kept us regularly informed, was responsive to my emails, provided prompt advice, and ensured I was kept up to date with what was going on. I?m extremely pleased with the assistance I received in whatever needed to be done to get the house ready for sale and then sold.Alex's knowledge was excellent, and he presented all the information and requirements to me in a clear and concise manner and made sure to help me get things organised in the timeframes I had, which was a massive help particularly when we were back in Australia and unable to do things in person. Hayley & Emma was so helpful in finding us a flat, we were living in Spain at the time & they both said it was no problem, when we arrived in England they pulled out all the stops & found us a lovely flat. They were so helpful with viewings, meeting the sellers & they stayed late so we could pick up the keys, what more could you ask for. This was a very stressful time for us & they made it so much easier for us, we will always be grateful of their help thank you
