This is the first time I have ever dealt with nationwide in chard we had to shut down two stand orders for my aunt and Emily was so helpful on the desk and the counter staff where as well keep up the good work this is why I bank with nationwide A++

First time in Nationwide Chard, to sort out some stuff on my mum's account. Very helpful, efficient, friendly staff. Good opening hours. I didn't need to pre-book an appointment, I just walked in, was seen, and sorted. Branches are still required, and Nationwide recognise that - good for them!
