I took my phone in and said is there any possible way you can see if my phone needs charging, it wouldn't come on in the morning..he took the phone from my hand and said come back in half hour.. I came back to be told my phone is broken and the mother board is no good..that will be £20 he said.. for what I said.. because you owe it to me he said.. I said that you never mentioned any money to me when I passed you my phone..he started swearing and shouting at me.. said get out of my shop, which I left and told my son what happened.. my son put my phone on charge and it charged straight away.. nothing wrong with my phone.. the man in the shop was trying to get money from me for nothing.. obviously he didn't look at my phone at all..he also did the same thing to a friend of mine, we are both pensioners.. I would never use this shop again ever.

5/5 for Fonehouse Chard! I went to Vodafone thinking I'd get a smooth upgrade, but they totally dropped the ball. Fonehouse Chard, on the other hand, CRUSHED it! Friendly staff, quick solution, and I'm all set with my new phone. If you're having issues with your phone, might be worth giving Fonehouse a shot!
