If you are considering appointing an estate agent, this is the one you should use. I have bought and sold a number of homes over the years, and Derbyshire?s is the best firm I have ever encountered. My current sale hasn?t been straightforward, yet Marcus and his team are consistently diligent and conscientious, the presentation of the house on websites is excellent, and they are also great at communicating what?s going on at every stage.
