Amazing customer service !Love this shop but had an issue with an item posted to wrong address (miscommunication)It was rectified at once but I was out of pocket for the return postageToday we visited Devizes (several weeks later) and they insisted on refunding postage money more than it had actually cost meBought a beautiful pink handbag too at a great price !Always my go to shop whenever we are in Devizes
