I engaged West Coast to sell two flats in early 2022. In the end I sold via Auction House they recommended. I have rated as 4 star as while they tried their absolute best to sell the flats for me in a very challenging market there were a few issues around communication and follow up (sometimes emails took days to be responded...

We used WestCoast to sell our property and chose the video/picture package which was professionally done and we were extremely pleased with the quality of the pictures and video produced.The agents and staff at WestCoast Burnham on Sea office couldn't have been more supportive to us and helped take some of the stress out...
