Great site at reasonable prices. The pitches are really spacious when you compare to alot of other sites. Plenty of room for awning and vehicles with plenty of room left between pitches.Everything you need on site for a really great stay. Even a small course fishing lake to wind away a few hours in the day, plenty of carp and bream to catch upto a respectable size. Showers and toilets are spotless, showers are free and water is plenty hot enough. Shops, chippy and a Chinese takeaway and local pubs when you don't want to cook. Really can't fault it, its a great stay.

Excellent caravan park with our tourer. Stayed in field 5 with hard standing and was dog friendly. Shower block was very clean and well maintained. We even used the laundry facilities which cost £7 for a huge load of washing and drying. Washer £4 (remember your own laundry powder) and drier is £1 for 20 minutes. There was a market on the Wednesday, the last one of the year, whilst we were there. Dog play areas are plentiful as are spaces for kids if you have them, I can see it being very busy in school holidays. There is everything in walking distance, shop and reception along with amusement and cafe at entrance of the park and a nice walk through the park to the Chinese/fish shop takeaway which was also nice. Next door is also the Brean down inn which we went to watch football on the Saturday, it?s also dog friendly. A few other pubs and shops etc are in walking distance in the main area of Brean which is probably a mile walk. Across the road from the park is access to the beach which is again dog friendly and stretches 7 miles. We walked to Burnham on Sea one day and to Brean down fort another day which is recommended but consists of a set of very steep steps to reach the top. Unfortunately we only had 4 days of good weather before a storm hit with wind and rain so we packed up and went home early. Not the sites fault at all and we were sad to leave. We visited Cheddar Gorge and the attractions there, Weston-super-mare and Brean leisure park. There is a bus stop about 200m from the park exit with services to Burnham on sea and in the opposite direction Weston-super-mare. Would definitely recommend and return.

I go to this site quite often and the site is great as every time I go.I was disappointed when in the beachcomber club Friday night as a man had a very offensive T-shirt on that was in the club, I was surprised that he was allowed in as it?s a family club with family?s with children in, I pointed this out to a female security person to basically to be told nothing would be done and it?s ok - the tee shirt said problem with me- F off- problem solved, I told a male security person who in fairness did speak to the manager and asked the man to change his tee which was given to him, the club is a great family atmosphere but I think when things like this slips I need to find another site or club to relax in

Excellent site, beautifully kept the amenities block is spotless. Staff very helpful. Lots of things to do in the area and on site for children. Shop and cafe, bar with entertainment on site. Overall excellent value for money. Only negative is we were disappointed with the carvery, many years ago we rated it the best we have had now it is the worst and we just wasted our money , very disappointed. Apart from that we loved it and we will be back. Thank you for a nice stay.

Always well kept, clean and trouble free. Been here many times and as long as I can pitch my tent in a pet free area then I'll keep returning. Showers/toilets as always well maintained, plenty of hot water. Friendly staff and really good value for money camping.

This was a really lovely campsite for us to try out our new caravan. Booking was super easy to do and we received a lovely warm welcome from the receptionists upon our arrival. The pitch was near to the shower block which was really clean and lots of facilities. The Beachcomber served tasty food at a reasonable price and the entertainment was fun. It was a friendly and quiet site and we had the best time. We will definitely be back.

Been to warren farm for a long time now and seen so many changes(for the good)But would like to see water and drainage added to hard standing pitches on field 6. Andy and his wife were very pleasant and polite They kept the toilets/showers absolutely spotless even seen them removing grass from the bloke pathing outside the facilities

Warren farm is very well maintained. The laundry facilities are brilliant and reasonably priced. Pitches are well spaced a lovely park for the children. They have a pet corner which the kids loved. The shop supplied everything and more also reasonably priced. Arcade was good it has a soft play area. The showers are what a shower should be. The only down point for me personally is there is no facilities for a disabled child yes they have disabled showers but I can't sit a globally disabled child on the shower seat. Having said that there isn't any holiday park I have been to has these facilities!! In all our time at Warren farm has to be one of the best holidays so far. 100% recommend and can't wait to go back for another fab holiday..
