Used to be a great store but the past year it's really gone extremely downhill. No staff on the shop floor. From what checkout staff have told me they are severely understaffed and when someone leaves they are not replaced especially on the shop floor. Please don't reduce the number of manned checkouts. Some of us older folk really need the human interaction. I overheard complaints about it in Burnham today and it doesn't seem to be a popular move.
