GP told me to get an urgent scan of my eye as sudden loss of sight for a few seconds can be an indication of a detached retina. Went to Specsavers BOS, was told they might have an appointment the next day but she has to ask her manager. Manager said they don?t have any appointments for a while. Wow, shocked at the lack of patient care.

I have tried several time to get In contact about my appointment to pick up new glasses only to be told that they're busy and to try again later.I did and got exa tly the same answer,come on Spec savers get this problem sorted.You clearly need more staff...

My son has terrible eye pain and also loss of peripheral vision, they sat him down and carried out a number of tests, making sure that he was at the heart of the consultation. The whole appointment took well over 1 hour, but we were then referred to the hospital eye clinic as an urgent case, which ended up with us going to hospital later the same day.
The optician was brilliant (I'm sorry but I can't remember her name), simply brilliant!!!!!

Burnham on Sea Specsavers are quite simply fabulous. Best service I've had in 40. Years of wearing glasses! Staff are not only very polite and knowledgeable, they also show a genuine understanding and care for their customers. This is what I would consider to be on a par with good old fashioned customer service that is rarely seen these days. I don't often give such high praise - genuinely because the bottom line is that customer-facing workers are doing what they are paid to do - but in this case they go over and above. I'd have given 10 stars if Google let me!
I dealt with Mani, who is exceptionally polite, understanding, and interested in why I was visiting. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains things in a plain and clear way.

Had my eye test here. All the team were absolutely amazing and friendly made me feel at ease as well would definitely recommend anyone to book their eye test here.
